(A letter to one of our competitors explaining why this client choose to build with Colonial Homes)

XYZ Homes,

The builder we went with was Colonial Homes. I feel that the home package that they offered us was truly customized.  It wasn't like all the spec homes that are on the market.  We talked to many different builders (at least seven) and  walked away from each feeling that their product was the same as the last builders.  At one point I became so frustrated, I thought I would never build.  But when we talked with Colonial and walked thru their various models...they were different.  The house we are building has such a feel of a high end home.  It has so many things that you just don't see in the other homes.  I also loved the fact that we worked directly with the people that were creating our home.  We worked with their drafter and sometimes the owner. Their salesman was very dedicated and would even contact me on his days off.  It was very important to him to customize our home to our wants and needs and he worked very hard to get us to that point and give us an accurate price quote.  He really went above and beyond the call of duty.  Each person we worked with seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us.  All in all...I feel that we are getting a quality home, we are very impressed with they way they run their business, and love how professional their entire organization is.

How do we thank you for everything you did for us.  Your patience, your skill of helping us when we were drained from making choices.  With your talents we were given our dream house.  Jeff and I are just hard working people.  You treated us as if our house was the only one you were working on.  Jeff & I have dreamed of this time in our life for years.  At a certain point we did not feel this dream was going to be a reality.  We might have tried your patience here and there however we knew this dream was a one time shot.  We truly appreciate everything you did for us.  Please accept this small jester and know that it comes with much thanks form the heart.
